52 year old Garry Kurbis was last seen on May 25th when he left his residence in his 1994 Dodge Dakota pickup truck.
Kurbis' cousin, Rod Kurbis, says Garry is employed at Star Autobody and has been working there "for years," he said.
He also added that he is not aware of Garry having a significant other in his life. "There's no girlfriend, that we know of. That's my understanding," says Rod Kurbis.
A concerned friend called police when Kurbis failed to appear for work on Tuesday.
Garry is described as 5’6” and weighs 139 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Police are asking anyone who may know Garry to contact RCMP as friends and police are concerned about his well-being.
“At this time there is no indication where he could have gone,” say police, “he could be anywhere in the province.”
As of 6:00 p.m. today, attempts at finding Kurbis have been negative.
"We've done fly-overs with the helicopter and searched backroads in our search. We've checked his bank records as well but unfortunately there hasn't been any activity," says RCMP spokesman Gord Molendyk.
