Officers dismantled the large marijunana grow after executing a search warrant in the 2100 block of Mount View Avenue in Lumby Tuesday afternoon.
RCMP spokesperson Gord Molendyk says 1015 plants in various stages of growth were found.
"There were 721 mature plants and 294 clones in this home," he says, adding that the home had a hydro bypass and 36 high-watt grow lamps.
The suspect, a 36 year old resident, is expected to appear in court at a later date and will face charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking, production of marijuana and theft of hydro.
The house has been posted under the Lumby drug bylaw.
