t’s all happening on Sunday, Jan 8, 2012, so make sure you pre-register early to hold your spot. SHRED BOOTCAMP is designed for you to work at your pace. No one will be left behind in the class; and no one will be waiting, we’re all gonna work hard! Tommy uses both low and high impact techniques to ensure safety, and promote efficient and effective workouts. SHRED BOOTCAMP is ideal for ALL fitness levels from beginner to advanced, so put your “game face” on, and get ready for an amazing experience.
